Fees are payable monthly in advance, our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit payable on the 1st of each month. We also support the use of Tax Free Childcare, these must be set up to pay one month in advance also. Fees should be paid no later than the 10th of the month, late payments will incur a late payment charge of £25. If fees are more than 28 days late we reserve the right to cancel the reserved place. Please give us 28 days notice of your child leaving Pine Trees; otherwise fees will be due in lieu of notice.

We are a funded provider with South Ayrshire Council for 2-5 year olds delivering 1140 hours, and are able to offer a flexible booking pattern. Please contact us about your requirements.
Attendance
We would appreciate a telephone call if your child will not be attending nursery due to illness, holidays or happy days at home!
