The second round of swimming and tennis lessons have begun and are proving to be very popular among our Sunflower children. It is great to see real progression in terms of their levels of understanding and skill but most of all their confidence! The swimming teachers at Prestwick pool have been most impressed with the concentration levels but also the children’s independence to get ready coming in and out the pool. For four year olds this can be a big challenge so we are very proud of our little swimmers! The tennis lessons are equally successful, we have over 20 children taking part and the coaches have been working very hard to work on hand to eye co-ordination and ball skills. These are both great sports to encourage our children and feed an early interest in keeping active.
